COSORI Air Fryer Is excellent. Cooks meats evenly and they are juicy, tender, and taste good. Glad we decided to purchase this brand and model. Fit, form, and function is good to go.All the functions work correctly. Easy to select the desired function and set the temp, time, and start cooking. Clean up is very easy. No mess. This cooker flawless. Have not experienced any problems so far. We use it often and prefer it to cooking on the stove. Very quiet and fits on counter without taking up much space. Instructions are clear and concise. Also purchased the “America’s Test Kitchen” Air Fryer book. Both items are 1st class. Highly recommend.

Great Product – Great Potential
So far I am pleased with my purchase. The item arrived on time and was well packaged. I must say that it was a pleasure to receive a product manual that was so clearly written and nicely presented. A company that puts that kind of effort into its print materials surely gives full consideration to its product.The air fryer has a great build and is easy to wipe down after use. The basket and grill plate can go in the dishwasher. The controls are very accessible and intuitive.I made quesadillas as my first effort and just did clean up with a dry paper towel. I had ordered parchment liners but they arrived the next day. The 8X8 squares are a perfect fit for the 6 qt. basket.Cosori includes some recipes but since I am new to air fryers I ordered an air fryer cookbook from Amazon. Will report on the book here after I use it a few times.UPDATE which includes 3 photos: I purchased the Air Fryer Cookbook for Beginners by Olivia Windrow. It has some good recipes including international. I didn’t count but quite a few are of Asian origen. The directions are clear but there are no photos inside. The paper is non-slick off white with a grayed ink font about size 12. This is all manageable. I didn’t mind the typos or the fact it may have been written or edited by someone with English as a second language. What I didn’t like was the Index. The first thing I looked up was french toast. It wasn’t listed under its recipe title, or french toast. Rather it was listed under BREAD. The index is organized around whatever the author designates as the main ingredient of the dish. The Table of Content (sic) is divided into categories such as Morning Favorites, Juicy Meat Dishes, Perfect Veggies and Sides, and Quick Bites and Appetizers. It also has introductory sections about air frying in general.My recommendation is to save your $. I have found everything I wanted to know on the internet. I made crispy buffalo wings, but arrived at my own recipe after looking at several on line. And, all of them have pictures which I find helpful. If you have Kindle you can access this book at little or no cost.

Such a GREAT Buy!
I had to get rid of my old air fryer when it blew a breaker off of our breaker box. I was afraid to get another one. Some friends convinced me to try it, so I asked for an air fryer for my birthday. THIS Cosori Air Fryer ROCKS! I have used the air fry, bake, roast, and broil functions, and they all work beautifully. The controls are so intuitive and well designed. One of the best things about the fryer, other than its cookability and functionality, is the ease of clean up. I wash it by hand and the food just slides off. No scrubbing needed. I use a soft soapy brush on both sides of the grill rack and it cleans up with no problems. To say that I am satisfied would be to vastly understate my feelings about this kitchen machine. It is a marvel. From potatoes to chicken thighs, the Cosori works miracles with very little oil. If you don’t have an air fryer, you owe it to yourself to get this one. It’s not the most expensive, but it is a dandy. I look forward to drying herbs in it this summer.

Great Air Fryer
I’ve cooked with this air fryer several times since getting it and love it!!! Easy, efficient, and great features like large basket that’s super easy to clean. It’s also very quiet. So far cooked wings, pork chops, chicken breasts and bites, brats and burgers. All came out great!

Best air fryer
I have used air fryers before, I think this one is the best. A hefty 6 quart with an acceptable footprint, not much bigger than a 4 quart externally but the internal drawer capacity is obviously bigger. The design and appearance is best. The frying plate is flat so it is ideal to put a silicone mat on it, and it does help the cleaning tremendously. This air fryer is quick to heat up and give very consistent result to my cooking. I highly recommend it.

Good product, maybe not hot enough
I upgraded from a smaller fryer to this bigger, better size, but I also wanted really hot for my crispy tofu. I can’t believe this really gets to 450. Not sure I can safely ck it with my oven thermometer. My only other complaint, albeit minor, is the openings in the basket are a wee bit larger than I’d want and my smaller cut vegetables fall through. The veggie bits are easy to retrieve, but …. It’s super easy to clean (just wipe it, really) and has many functions. The cooking seems consistent with no areas burning. It’s very easy to operate and, thankfully, a much more pleasant beep when done, not the screamer like my previous fryer. I’m am avid scratch cook, for decades, and never even knew what an air fryer was until given one 5 yrs ago. Now I can’t live without one for my many roasted vegetables, fish and recently a fritata in this fryer. This is a good, solid choice minus my couple quibbles.

Awesome cooking device
This is my first air fryer so my review comes from an inexperienced user of air fryers. But I have to say this thing is awesome! I can’t believe I waited this long to purchase an air fryer. My favorite is heating up frozen Buffalo wings. They come out perfect. I use to throw away uneaten french fries but they come back to life when reheating in an air fryer. Can’t wait to cook some fresh fish in it. It’s really easy to use and looks really well made. The touch controls are very intuitive. Anyone can figure it out without reading the manual. But I’m sure there’s features that the manual can explain for ease of use. Cleanup up is super simple as well. I’m completely happy with this purchase.

We’ve been using this product for a while now, over six months. The first thing that caught our attention was how silent this thing is. We were suspicious about it, because you barely notice it’s on so we weren’t sure if it would cook/fry things well, but after using it we noticed right away that it works much better than our previous XXL Philips one. It has a lot of presets, the beep is not too loud, super happy with it.
