It originally came with two batteries, and while one started to fail after years of use, the other is still going strong.I love the built-in light, which is incredibly helpful for drilling in dimly lit areas. Great Drill, Issues With Batteries
Pros: Great drill for around the house projects; DeWalt Customer Service is excellent for warranty replacementsCons: Both batteries (1.5A DCB201) quit on me at different times and wouldn’t accept a charge (as mentioned above, though, DeWalt Customer service was VERY RESPONSIVE and quickly sent me replacements). Drill also had a hard time driving screws all the way into studs — had to rely on my DeWalt impact driver for that a couple times.Bottom line: this was a good deal for the price mostly because it included a 2nd battery and overall a good drill for around the house stuff. Not sure I’d recommend it for work or big projects though because of battery dependability.

Delivery was quick and the drill works great. Two batteries is a big plus . Definitely not a hammer drill be works great for regular household jobs. Price was far better than in any of the local big box stores.
